Since that time Newall has dedicated itself to providing the machine tool, machinery and production industries with leading edge technologies that increase productivity and machine tool efficiency. Newall's products can be split into two categories: - Digital Readout Systems Newall's products include a wide range of Digital Readout (DRO) systems, each specifically designed and dedicated to increasing machine productivity. The DRO range has developed to include some of the most advanced readouts available today, and combined with the Spherosyn"! technology encoders, is one of the reasons why the Newall range are market leaders. - Linear Encoders The design of the Spherosyntm technology in 1973 gave rise to the reliable and highly accurate Spherosyntm and Microsyntm linear encoders. Based on the principle of electromagnetics, Newall Linear Encoders embody a truly innovative and unique design in which all measuring components are sealed and protected. The encoders carry an IP67 (NEMA 6) environmental rating and will continue to provide accurate and reliable readings even when submerged in water, oil or coolant. The Newall linear encoder range now includes incremental and absolute versions, available with industry standard output signals which can be interfaced with all major CNC, NC, PLC and OC products. Over 85% of Newall products are exported, with distribution and service outlets in over 63 countries. Newall actively support these markets with a worldwide network of fully trained sales and service personnel. In addition, wholly owned subsidiaries are located in the USA , Europe and Asia Pacific.
